2 Books Reviewed-Sandpaper Kiss & Whispersmiths-both by Angel Wedge

Sandpaper KissSandpaper Kiss by Angel Wedge
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Yet another enjoyable, and very original story from Angel Wedge. I really liked the switching points of view and skips in time, which fitted well with narrator/ main character’s journalistic style, and adds to the sense of mystery & exploration. The reader is taken along on a jungle adventure of scientific discovery, ethical dilemmas, and political intrigue, with cliff hangers at every turn. The ending was unexpected, but satisfying (with potential for a sequel?).

Whispersmiths: and Other RumoursWhispersmiths: and Other Rumours by Angel Wedge
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A collection of three beautifully written short stories. The author’s cleverly illustrates how (rumours) whispers affect the lives of the characters and the world they inhabit through intricately woven plots. Both thought provoking and entertaining. This world of whisperers would make a great basis for a full length novel. (from my amazon review)
